Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts ("Disputes") arising out of the Program shall be settled through regular judicial process and the court of Dharamshala shall have exclusive jurisdiction to any matter arising hereof and entity liability shall be limited to the extent of any fees charged and received by entity from the customers.

Online application once approved, the fund cannot be refunded under any circumstances. For double payment kindly contact the organization for refund.

Note :  All type of fee to be deposited by candidate will be through the solution / software designed by MGRM (SDA) for different products.
